Having trouble getting back into life post-pandemic (or just post-weekend)? We hear you, and while it may appear like everyone else is back out and about sliving, we guarantee you – they’re not. In fact, for most people we’ve asked, the transition back into their best outside-world selves has been a tough one. So, when you run out of friends to ask for advice, we recommend turning to everyone’s stand-in besties – the podcasters. These are the ones we turn to when we want constructive without the criticism, shared experience, and life-hacks minus any actual conversation (on your part).

1. Giggly Squad

The best friends you didn’t know you needed, Paige and Hannah will have you laugh-crying about everything from can’t-leave-the-couch anxiety, to over-ordering on Amazon, putting potatoes in your socks, celebrity news, manifesting, business, relationships, IBS, and Tiktok beauty trends. This is a light one and we love it for an hour-long pick me up.

2. Everything is the Best

Pia Baroncini is what we call an expander. The designer, entrepreneur, and mother, has chiselled a gorgeous cross-continental life for herself and shares everything from her PCOS struggles, to the loss of her father, to love, motherhood, life, and business. We are obsessed with her, and we want her house, but it’s her open-slather attitude that really keeps us coming back. This one gives you access to the very best health experts, women in business, celebrities, and always feels like you’re having an intimate chat with a friend.

3. The Goop Podcast

Everyone is going to think this one is a bit woo woo, but honestly The Goop Podcast is famous for a reason. It’s pure aspiration, but we always walk away feeling a little bit smarter about the world, and ourselves, and some of the advice is literally life-changing. Think access to the world’s very best doctors, and specialists, without the waitlist (or the cheque).

4. The Skinny Confidential: His and Hers

We love, love, love this one. Lauren and Michael cover literally everything, from how to find inspiration (sign me up!), to psychadelics, sex, babies, and where to get (and more importantly, not get) botox. The back and forth between this husband and wife is always soothing, and gives us a glimpse into how a successful entrepreneurial couple make it work with two kids and too many businesses (even through a pandemic). Our favourite episodes are about Nad+ and Peptides with Dr. Ghadir, and skincare with Dr. Dennis Gross, but honestly we could listen to them all day.
